The Parts Counter Sales Specialist will be in charge of assisting customers with questions regarding their outdoor power equipment and drive sales outbound sales.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in assisting customers with their equipment needs and have excellent customer service!Qualifications : - Previous customer service or sales experience with outdoor equipment- General knowledge of outdoor power equipment - Experience with identifying customer needs - Self-Starter Responsibilities : - Assist customers by phone or at the counter by providing excellent customer service- Make outside sales calls to customers and potential customers - Assist customers with determining proper parts needed for their equipment- Provide pricing and availability of parts to customers- Handle product exchanges, returns, and customer complaints - Manage parts and inventory;
